April Lockhart

April Lockhart born 4 July 1995. She started piano and guitar lessons in 7th grade which sparked curiosity. When she was in seventh grade she began to take piano and guitar lessons. This ignited her interest in songwriting. As April approached 14 years old, she spent the majority of her time making song concepts as well as perfecting the song. After that, she started taking excursions to write with her father in NY as well as LA. April featured other topics in her track, Take my Hand. These topics were meant for the friends of hers who struggled with things like peer pressure issues or even teenage suicide ideas. Lockhart also enjoys an increasing fan base as a lifestyle blogger and works for popular clean beauty company Ilia. She was born with no left hand. This makes her unique. However, this isn't the only aspect that makes her unique. Lockhart's Twitter profile does not shy away from her being disabled, but neither does it focus on it. What message is it trying to convey? The message? That we have many different aspects, that our identity and physical bodies aren't what appear. Lockhart talks through video from Nashville. "I don't want it to define my life. I don't want to only be known as a disability expert. It doesn't impact my daily routine. I go about doing my job as normal and have come up with my own ways to adapt. In addition, I see that it is a crucial aspect of me. Lockhart who is an inspiration for self-acceptance in general, is on a long road to reach this. Even so, Lockhart admits having moments that made her feel uncomfortable about her appearance, and the clothes which displayed her arms. Today, she wears anything she likes. and she shares pictures on social networks. It's a journey is what I'm not certain that will ever be the end of self-love. It's true for all regardless of their level of insecurity. It's my opinion that having those around you who really are aware of you and know the depths of your soul is vital since they'll be those who will remind you what you worried about?
